By accessing or purchasing from The Modern Past, you agree to the following terms.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, or availability without prior notice.

Our curated design furniture and objects are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. As with all pre-owned design pieces, natural signs of age, wear, and patina should be expected and are considered part of the character of the piece.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and processed.

The Modern Past shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including disruptions in transport, supply chains, or other unforeseen events.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
